1. General Refund Principles
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our organization. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate reasonable refund requests while maintaining the integrity and sustainability of our educational programs.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees) if:
- You cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase AND before accessing any course materials
- We cancel or discontinue a course before it begins
- You are denied enrollment for reasons within our control
- There is a technical error in payment processing resulting in duplicate charges
2.2 Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

2.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 45 days have passed since enrollment
- You have completed more than 75% of the course content
- You have received a certificate of completion
- You violated our Terms and Conditions or academic integrity policies
- You provided false or misleading information during enrollment
- Promotional or discounted courses specifically marked as "non-refundable"
- Subscription services after the initial 14-day period
3. Course-Specific Refund Terms
3.1 Self-Paced Online Courses
For self-paced courses, the standard refund schedule applies based on enrollment date and percentage of content accessed.
3.2 Live Instructor-Led Courses
For live courses with scheduled sessions:
- Full refund available up to 7 days before the course start date
- 50% refund available 3-6 days before the course start date
- No refund available less than 3 days before or after the course begins
3.3 Bundled Programs and Specializations
For bundled courses or specialization programs:
- Refunds are calculated based on the proportion of courses not accessed
- Individual course refund policies apply to each component
- Bundle discounts are recalculated if partial refunds are issued
3.4 Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
- 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
- Annual subscriptions may receive prorated refunds within the first 30 days

- Refund processing: Within 10-14 business days after approval
- Credit to original payment method: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
4.3 Required Documentation
Depending on the reason for your refund request, you may need to provide:
- Proof of technical issues (screenshots, error messages)
- Medical documentation for health-related cancellations
- Evidence of extenuating circumstances
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected medical emergencies or personal crises may prevent you from completing a course. In such cases:
- Contact us immediately with documentation of the situation
- We may offer extended access, course transfer, or special refund consideration
- Each case will be reviewed individually with compassion and flexibility
5.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing course content:
- Contact our technical support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund
- Refund timeline will be paused while technical issues are being addressed
5.3 Course Quality Issues
If you believe a course does not meet the quality standards described in our marketing materials:
- Contact us within 14 days of enrollment with specific concerns
- Provide detailed feedback about the issues
- We will investigate and may offer a refund, course credit, or alternative solution
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for payment
- PayPal: Refunded to the original PayPal account
- Wire Transfer: Refunded via wire transfer (may incur processing fees)
- Gift Cards/Promotional Credits: Cannot be refunded for cash; may be reinstated as account credit
We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than was originally used for the purchase.
7. Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are generally non-refundable. When a refund is issued:
- Credit card processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from refunds
- International transaction fees may also be deducted
- Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the student
8. Course Transfers
As an alternative to a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment:
- To a different course of equal or lesser value
- To a future session of the same course
- Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of original enrollment
- One transfer is permitted per enrollment
- Price differences for upgraded courses must be paid
9. Promotional and Discounted Enrollments
Special considerations apply to promotional enrollments:
- Courses purchased during promotional periods follow standard refund policies unless otherwise stated
- Free courses or courses provided as gifts are not eligible for refunds
- Scholarship recipients must follow scholarship-specific refund terms
- Bundled discounts are recalculated if partial refunds are requested
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Please note:
- Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account
- Chargebacks are considered a violation of these terms
- We will provide documentation to your financial institution to contest unauthorized chargebacks
- Your account may be permanently closed if a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us
11. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Consultation services once rendered
- Custom or personalized services
- Downloadable materials after download
- Third-party certification exam fees
- Printing and shipping costs for physical materials
- One-on-one coaching sessions after they have occurred
12. Group and Corporate Enrollments
For group or corporate enrollments:
- Refund policies are subject to the terms of the group enrollment agreement
- Individual participants cannot request refunds; the corporate buyer must submit all refund requests
- Minimum enrollment numbers may be required to maintain group pricing
- Custom refund terms may be negotiated for large corporate purchases
13. Changes to Course Content or Schedule
We reserve the right to make changes to course content, instructors, or schedules. In such cases:
- Minor changes will not qualify for refunds
- Significant changes will be communicated in advance
- You may request a full refund if you are dissatisfied with major changes
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of notification of changes
14. Modifications to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will:
- Be posted on our website with an updated effective date
- Apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change
- Not affect enrollments completed prior to the change
